Management is about leadership
It's about taking charge and holding a firm grip
People look at you with a great deal of respect
They know that you are the one that has the power to select
Yes people look at me like I am the man
But the huge responsibility I hold, sometimes I doubt I can
I have to look deep within and realize I am in charge
If I show fear they will feel small not large
So I look deep within and find my strength
And as long as I am in charge my company will go the extra length
